All orders ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center. Research compounds are shipped cold-packed to maintain integrity during transit.
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard (2–4 business days) — Included at no charge on all orders. Ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on destination.
Express (1–2 business days) — Available at checkout for an additional fee. Ships via UPS 2-Day Air or FedEx Express.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of advnce labs.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide compounds are stable at room temperature for short transit periods. However, all advnce labs orders include insulated cold-pack packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. For extended shipping periods or extreme weather conditions, we recommend selecting express shipping.
All orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging. There is no advnce labs branding on the exterior of shipments. The sender name on shipping labels will be a neutral business name.
At this time, advnce labs ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. advnce labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipment fees may apply.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict handling requirements, we do not accept returns of opened products under any circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at orders@advncelabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will file a carrier claim on your behalf.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
